For you: almost the entire top floor = two bedrooms and a private bathroom with bath/shower/toilet/sink. A private bathroom in a co-housing: rare! The rest of this large house is shared, sufficient breathing space and privacy. It is nice and quiet to live here, South of France vibes! Unlike other co-housing options, there is a lot of space and privacy and you share a large house with only one person, so be realistic in your expectations regarding price. Short term negotiable.
