Someone who is professionally active in music, dance, film, literature, or creative world like me would be nice. Age is not important, humor is. For you: almost the entire top floor = two bedrooms and private (!!) bathroom with bath/shower/toilet/sink. The rest of this large house is shared, sufficient breathing space and privacy. It is nice and quiet to live here, South of France vibes! Unlike other co-housing options, there is a lot of space and privacy and you share a large house with only one person, so be realistic in your expectations regarding price. Short term negotiable. No domicile in the beginning. I would like to discuss everything regarding the financial matters personally after you have seen the house yourself. The house is detached and has private parking. Quietly located, lots of light, lots of greenery, garden, terrace. Spacious entrance, large living room, kitchen with cooking island and all comforts (dishwasher, oven, microwave) and separate storage room. Wooden floors and parquet.
