The bedroom that I rent out is fully furnished. This means a bed, 2 bedside tables, a small cupboard and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The floor covering is carpet.
The room faces the street, but the traffic in the street is actually not too bad here. If desired, a mini desk can also be placed here (think of a laptop table or something), but there is not much space for this.
Common parts
I am the owner of a single-family home close to the center of Wevelgem. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a toilet, the stairs to the top (because how else would you go up), the living room, a kitchen and a garage. You can go to the spacious garden through both the kitchen and the living room, so someone with green fingers is certainly welcome. If we take the stairs up we arrive on the first floor. Here is the small bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms and an extra room where I want to make my office soon.
The house also has a spacious attic, accessible via one of those clumsy extension stairs, and a dry cellar.
In front of the house there is a driveway with room for 2, or perhaps even 3, cars. In any case, my car is always in the driveway, but I can certainly add another one.
