The room has windows facing west and north and has a view of the garden of the Oude Brouwerij. The room measures 4m70 x 4m00 and costs €395 and has a sink. Furniture is available, but if desired, the room can also be rented unfurnished. The room is always rented to one person. Pets are not allowed. The rental price excludes costs for gas, electricity, water, internet. Costs are to be settled according to actual consumption, divided by the residents. The provision for this is currently €100. Common parts

The Brouwershuis is a community house where 3 residents each rent their own room and use the rest of the living area in common. It is located next to the Hovorst domain (forest area). The Brouwershuis is also located right next to the Oude Brouwerij (which is a non-profit organization where people seek peace and contemplation, so we are looking for quiet residents). Together with the 2 fellow residents, you have a pleasant sitting room (5m20 x 4m80) and a rustic bathroom (3m60 x 2m70) with bath/shower, sink and toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (4m80 x 8m80), a kitchen with laundry room and a covered terrace. There is no garden. Central heating, hot water and gas stove. There is also a wood stove in the living room. Rental contract of 1 year. We are looking for a quiet tenant, who does not smoke indoors and shares the house with the 2 other residents in a good way, for example by adhering to the house agreements regarding cleaning, rest, etc. Occasionally having a nice get-together is certainly possible. We are looking for someone without financial or psychological problems.
