Our current roommate is moving to Ghent. 👸🏼 Private space (not furnished): • Spacious bedroom 🛏️ 👭🏼 Shared spaces (fully furnished): • Cozy office space for productive sessions 💻 • Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet 🚿 • Separate toilet on the first floor for extra convenience 🚽 • Covered terrace with jacuzzi to relax after a long day 🧘🏼‍♀️ • Spacious workshop/studio space for all your creative ideas 🖌️ • Comfortable living room and separate dining room, perfect for cozy evenings 🍷 • Fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals 🍳 • Cozy city garden for blissful relaxation 🌿 🛒 The cottage is ideally located within walking distance of the center, various supermarkets, recreational area De Motten and nature reserve De Kevie. 🚘 Don't worry about parking, because we have spacious spots right in front of the door! 🏰 When renovating the house, we retained the original charm, with beautiful wooden floors, a brick kitchen and a touch of art deco in the interior. In short, a house with a unique character and authentic appearance. 👱🏼‍♀️ I am 31 years old and a big animal lover! I also love music and nature and am generally not at home that often. I can certainly appreciate a glass of wine and a good chat every now and then, although I also like my me-time every now and then. ❗️It is very important that you are a big animal lover. Koko (Border Collie) and Pepe (Podenco) are part of the family. Fortunately, they are SUPER sweet. 🚫 Unfortunately, it is not possible to welcome any more extra animals. 💰The rent is 550 euros per month, including all costs, if at the end of the ride there is an additional payment for electricity, water, ... this is divided by 2.
