The atmosphere is calm, friendly and respectful, with room for everyone's privacy. I attach great importance to a neat, well-kept environment where everyone can feel at home. Occasionally cooking together or enjoying a nice meal at the table is certainly welcome, but nothing is required. Meeting each other for a coffee, a glass of wine or a relaxed chat is always possible, but the daily routine is without obligations. Everyone has the freedom to do their own thing, with a good balance between being together and having their own time. In short, a nice, quiet place where we live together in a respectful way.

I am looking for a calm and respectful co-resident who, like me, values order and tidiness. Ideally, you are someone with a permanent job and are not at home all day. Students may also be considered. Someone who, for example, is looking for a place during the week and goes home at the weekend, is also very welcome.
