In Sint-Amandsberg 9040 We are still looking for a great housemate for this beautiful room. You will end up in a warm nest in a great gang of six. You enter through the large hall, equipped with a shoe shelf for each housemate. From here you end up in our well-equipped kitchen or cozy living room. On the first floor you will find the large bathroom with a place for everyone, two sinks and a wonderful bath. There is also a place for everyone in the dressing room at the end of the hallway. Via a second staircase you reach the room with a sink. The furniture (except bed) remains available according to your own choice. For storage, everyone has a place in the spacious garage or basement. The house also has a driveway and large garden where we like to hang around the fire pit. This amount includes: The rent of the room, possibly including the furniture. The use of the common areas including the furniture. The costs of cleaning the common areas every two weeks. The use of the bicycle shed in the garage. Bicycles may not be placed in the house. The use of the wood in the garden shed, as long as it is available. The rent does not include the common costs/charges. The monthly advance payment for this is €50.00. The weekly expenditure of the common costs/charges will be shown by the landlord in a detailed invoice. He/she undertakes to transfer this invoice and the supporting documents to the co-tenant at least once a year and to proceed to a regularisation between the advances paid and the actual costs/charges. Common costs include garden maintenance, chimney maintenance once a year, garbage collection, expert for location description, boiler maintenance every 2 years, water, electricity and gas consumption, WiFi, fire insurance, taxes, etc,...
