In your private space there is a double bed. There is a toilet upstairs and downstairs. Inside and outside a shower and enough corners to stroll because the house has 178 m2 of living space.

Common parts

10 years ago my son (now 18) intuitively chose this house from 4. Probably for the peace and the safe feeling because he is HSP and otherwise gifted. And it must be said; living here quietly in a beautiful environment 3 km from the language border. My son travels a lot with Work-Away from Nepal to Italy now. Everything can be shared because I am not so principled, pleasantly messy but very concerned about hygiene. And of course you have your own bedroom with sufficient closets for your private belongings.
