If you come alone, your private part is the (attic) floor. A large room for you, small room for my daughter who sometimes comes by, plus a central common room that you usually occupy alone in practice. This setting can be creatively changed if you come to live with more than 1, we will look at that together. Water supply (kitchen, toilet, bathroom) is only in the common areas on the ground floor. The dog only lives on the ground floor and does not come into your privacy.
Common parts
Secluded in the middle of nature with walks as much as you want. This is an old farmhouse with double glazing. All common rooms and my own private areas (bedroom and office) are on the ground floor. It is 100% furnished. The dog, an enthusiastic Groenendael, is a co-resident. We have a pack mentality and prefer to live with a single person or couple who have a dog, although that is not mandatory but we do expect animal lovers. The house is equipped with every comfort; you would only have to bring a freezer or microwave, and it would be great if you had a car that we could share. The fairly large garden is mainly an off-leash area for the dog(s). Your private part is on the (attic) floor, which you can furnish yourself.
