Something more about your co-residents
I am a woman, single, 60 years old, no longer working, own modest income.
Bought building land in Oostrozebeke where I either build something small for myself (wood frame construction modular energy efficient and attention to ecological aspect) or something larger with sympathetic neighbors (own modest financial contribution requested).
There is also the possibility to rent a large house next to it at an affordable price, the layout is fixed (1 bk, 1 kitchen) in the long term also the possibility of (joint) purchase.
These things we like to do togther
I have often had temporary long-term guests in my house, I also participate in activities in the sharing economy (LETS).
I think the more autonomy there is, the more people spontaneously collaborate (groceries, garden, cooking...) and share (e.g. stuff, car, subscriptions...).
So, nothing is mandatory, being good neighbors is enough, but there are bound to be common interests / activities / needs.
I don't have kids of my own, but I really like them. I also do babysitting.
No problem with animals, we can see how we can keep them out of the vegetable garden and common areas / vegetable garden if necessary. Even though I often babysit animals, I don't have one myself.
I am very calm and like to work in the garden, do my best ecologically.
Am willing (fn just) to share stuff, feel free to share my own car.
We are looking for someone who
I look forward.
I get along well with people who are young at heart and tend to be open-minded or at least tolerant.
We can test in my current home in Waregem.
