On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms. There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and a double bathroom cabinet. The entire 1st floor is also equipped with underfloor heating. The second floor of 50 m² still needs to be completely finished and furnished, but its use is certainly negotiable. After renovating two houses, I decided to have this new house completely built. Although most of the work has now been completed, I really like to work on the finishing touches of the house to give it a personal touch. So you will often see me working with my hands on various DIY projects. Professionally, I have been working as a lecturer at a college in Ghent since 2015. My work is versatile: I teach, offer support to students and work as a lab master in a maker lab, where we experiment with technologies such as 3D printing and laser cutting. Although I am somewhat introverted by nature, I quickly open up to others. I attach great importance to open communication and a good balance between privacy and social contact. Flexibility and easygoing are important to me. I am someone who likes to live together, as long as there is mutual respect and contributions from both sides. Don't like being in the kitchen yourself? That's no problem! I enjoy cooking, and although my kitchen is always vegetarian, you don't have to stick to that. If you prefer meat or fish, I'll happily prepare that for you. For me, it's all about everyone feeling comfortable in the house. I'm looking for someone who shares this vision: someone who likes to find a balance between cozy living together and respect for each other's space.
