The first room has a double bed, two closets and a sink (price 500 euros) weekend - 200€ midweek - 250€ week - 350€ 2 weeks - 650 month - 1000€ The second room has a double bed and chest of drawers (price 450 euros) weekend - 150€ midweek - 200€ week - 300€ 2 weeks - 600€ month - 900€ The third room is permanently rented to a co-houser. Ps - there is a possibility for monthly/ weekly/ mid-weekly short stays.

Common parts

The farm is situated on a terrain of approximately 3500 square meters. The farm itself is very authentic with a communal kitchen, dining area, living room with a working super nice vintage wood stove, a bathroom with bath and shower in one, toilet, laundry room, large garden and courtyard (as if you imagine yourself in Provence...). There is also a barn with kitchen attached where it is also wonderful to stay with a view of the garden and pond. Outside there is a separate room with sauna, toilet and outdoor shower. There is a possibility for vegetable gardening and permaculture. All rooms have central heating that works on oil. Extra communal costs: water, electricity, internet, oil and wood. This is a unique place for (highly) sensitive and/or creative people with an eye for well-being, who want to get lost in the beautiful natural surroundings of not only in and around the farm, but also Gooik and the surrounding area, also described as 'Pearl in Het Pajottenland' and who also like to contribute their bit.
