I offer a bedroom (24m2) - private bathroom (6m2) + private living space (37m2) with private terrace and view of the orchard in a cohousing situation.
You can choose between a furnished bedroom and furnished living room/or bring your own furniture. The living space is south-facing and offers a view of an orchard, you have your own terrace that you can use next to this space.
There are 3 toilets in the house, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is for shared use, as is the washing machine, double garage, dishwasher and other technical facilities. All rooms are large and are shared with myself (48 year old woman and 4 cats). There is also a pleasant garden with furniture available.
Located near the r4, easy access to Ghent and Antwerp. Within walking distance of the Heidebos and located in a street for local traffic. So a very quiet location and ideal for people looking for peace and quiet.
