there are 2 bedrooms: - a bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm including mattress, spacious wardrobe etc. - a bedroom with single bed 90x200cm clothes rack and desk etc. It is the bedroom with single bed that will be available from May 2025 (possibly a little earlier, in consultation with the current resident).

There is a spacious living room with open kitchen and buanderie with storage space, washing machine, dryer, all cleaning materials. There is a sunny terrace. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, sink.
Everything has been completely renovated recently and furnished with beautiful materials, in Boho style.
Decorations are included in the rent.
