Downstairs you will find a relaxation area with billiards, as well as a terrace to get some fresh air. IKOAB also takes care of the administration and maintenance, and you enjoy. The indicated price covers your rent and your share of the costs, i.e. including water, electricity, heating, TV, cleaning and maintenance, and access to a well-functioning Wi-Fi connection.
