The room that is available is approximately 9 square meters, on the 1st floor of the house. It is possible to move in from mid-February/March (moving date is negotiable). The rent is 296 (basic rent) + 100 (fixed costs including water, heating, energy, internet). The rental deposit is 2 months basic rent. It is also possible to take over part of the furniture (bed frame, table etc.).

Common parts

The house is located on the border of Leuven and Korbeek Lo. You will live with 4 other housemates (Belgium, Slovenia and Czech Republic) in their 30s who are very respectful and appreciate a quiet environment. The house is big, so it never feels crowded. You would be a good addition to the house if you also work or are a PhD student, do not smoke and do not have pets. Registration at the address is mandatory. You have: - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. - 3 toilets and 2 showers - Covered storage for bicycles - Tons of storage space - Cleaning help every 2 weeks for the common areas
