The room to rent itself is a bedroom of 16m2. Equipped with electricity and blackout on the windows.

Common parts

The room is located in a new-build semi-detached house in Genendijk/Ham. The house is very energy efficient (EPC 12) and is located
near the highway entrance.

These rooms will become available from November 1. When you enter the house you arrive in a spacious entrance hall with toilet room. Here you will be led to the common areas (living room, kitchen). The kitchen is fully equipped. Then on the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and modern bathroom (shower and bath available). Finally, on the top floor we find storage space and recreation/equipped fitness room. The entire house is furnished, except for the room to be rented.
You will have your own parking space and there is a large garden.
