The room is 30 m². There is 1 bed of 180 cm, 6 large cupboards and 1 desk. The desk can be dismantled and put in the garage if desired. Please note that the photos are from the sale, there is now little/no furniture due to renovation work. But this gives you an idea of what it could look like with furniture.

Common parts

On the ground floor there is a very large space of 100 m² in which a car can be parked. There is also a parking space in front of the garage and at the back of the house. (There is an exit from the back) There is also a washing machine and a dryer here. The multipurpose room is not furnished. There is currently no fixed heating there, but there is a pellet stove if necessary. This space can be used for a hobby or whatever you want. It is best to discuss what you would like to do there. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the first floor where the fitted open kitchen (kitchen equipment is already present) is located with sufficient space for a dining area and living room. There is also a roof terrace. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. The bathroom is not large but certainly spacious enough. There is 1 bed of 180 cm. So 1 room can be rented with a bed, 1 cannot. The house is currently being refreshed: there is already new vinyl everywhere in parquet look and everything is currently being painted. The house is rented in co-housing because I am present in the house very occasionally. In principle, you can use the private space with 2 people. For this, the cost of internet/water/electricity/wifi must be doubled. (500 euros + 300 euros costs if you would occupy the room with 2, this obviously does not apply to sporadic lodging)
