The two residents, with normal to high intelligence, have autism and therefore a low income. The oldest works part-time as an ICT employee in a school. The youngest does not work, he likes to participate in activities in "Wonderweg" in Wilrijk. He likes to cycle and walk often. Both are very calm by nature and pleasant to be around

These things we like to do togther

The atmosphere is very friendly. The two residents have their own activities but also spend a lot of time together. The joint hot evening meal creates coziness and togetherness. The weekly family help contributes to the practical organization with, among other things: drawing up a weekly menu, planning and carrying out groceries, help with the order in the private room, help with the laundry ... The residents are supported by their parent(s) where necessary. Monthly meetings ensure a good bond between them.

We are looking for someone who

A calm person, with or without a disability, who can live and live independently with some support. The willingness to cooperate with the housemates and to take on family help and/or household tasks is essential. This after mutual consultation and according to one's own ability and preference.
