A spacious, bright room (+-16m²) on the first floor on the street side (quiet area, hardly any traffic). There is room for a double bed, closet, desk, etc. to make it a cozy space.

Common parts

Our house is located just outside the ring of Leuven (near Tiensepoort and in Kessel-Lo), but still close enough to the center. A top location! All important things are close by: bakers, shops (Colruyt and Carrefour), station and the center. On the ground floor we share a spacious living room/lounge, a kitchen with combi-oven and dishwasher, a bathroom and a toilet. We also have a small city garden, ideal for enjoying the sun in the summer. Practical matters - no students - domiciliation is mandatory - pets are not allowed - we are looking for someone for a longer term The rent is €440, to which are added the bills for water, electricity, internet & TV, Netflix and fire insurance. The room is available from April 14.
