The room is 14 m², unfurnished and is located on the street side on the first floor. There is enough space for a large bed, closets and a cozy sitting area. You share the bathroom (with bath + shower screen and toilet) and a separate office room with one other housemate. Extra storage space? You can find it in the basement.
Common parts
Our house is located on the cozy Herfstlaan in Kessel-Lo, right next to the beautiful Provincial Domain Kessel-Lo. Within 5 minutes you are at various bus stops, and by bike you are in the center of Leuven in 10 minutes. In the neighborhood you will find everything you need: a Spar, a Delhaize, Hal 5, the abbey of Vlierbeek, the Kesselse Bergen and many more nice places within walking and cycling distance.
Furthermore, our house has a cozy living room with dining area, TV corner and reading corner, a kitchen, an extra toilet and a lovely garden. There you will not only find a vegetable garden and a flower bed for bees and insects, but also our faithful four-legged friend Isra, the cutest guard dog ever. Behind our garden is the extensive Provincial Domain Kessel-Lo, so if you like greenery and peace, you are in the right place here.
Parking? No problem! There is always space in the street, and there is even a parking space in front of the door. A blue card or resident card are both options.
