After living here with us for more than four years, we will soon be saying goodbye to our buddy Dennis with great regret... This means that we are looking for someone to complete our great group as soon as possible! Specifically, it concerns an average room (+/- 12m2) located in Heverlee (Groenveldstraat) that will be available from November 1st. Why come live here with us? *You will get 5 fantastic housemates (4 boys and 1 girl between 25 and 31 years old) with whom there is always something to do. This can range from watching TV together on the couch, having a drink in the garden or having a drink on a terrace at the Oude Markt. Of course, we also give each other enough space to do your own thing. The choice is yours! *The house is located 100 meters from the Colruyt, other supermarkets are within walking distance. The center can be reached in less than 10 minutes by bike. (You will not have any noise pollution here!). *In addition to the 6 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a large living room, the house also has a garage (where you can store your bike), a storage room and a spacious attic. Finally, there are also 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower). *The rent is 314 EUR/month. The fixed costs (electricity, gas, water, television and internet) are +-80 EUR per month. The cleaning help and other common costs are settled via splitwise/tricount.
