The bedroom is large (4x4) with a window facing west. There is the possibility to buy a bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack, but this is not obligatory. You can also just rent the furniture for a small additional charge!
Common parts
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with 5 other apartments (quiet co-residents, no students). The building is further away from the street, so little noise and little view. The common areas are: - an entrance hall with built-in cupboards and space to store shoes - a spacious bright kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, combi (microwave) oven, kitchen table and lots of storage space in the kitchen cupboards - a sheltered terrace at the kitchen facing south, where you can also sit outside in spring and autumn - a very spacious living room with large sofa, smart TV, bookcase, glass cabinet and wall cupboard (currently no large dining table, but there is still room for it) - a bathroom with bathroom furniture, mirror cabinet and spacious bath/shower combo with glass door - a desk with large desk furniture (spacious enough for two people), cupboard, extra sink, and a gaming desk chair that can be bought - a deep garage (3x10m) with washing machine/dryer, large freezer, lots of storage space and the possibility to store several (motor)bikes (the garage is quite narrow for most cars, but parking in the street is free)
