Two rooms available: The largest room is a bright spot located on the 1st floor on the street side. The smaller room is located at the back of the house on the second floor. The rent for the room on the first floor is 395. For the room on the second floor the rent is 300. An amount of 65 euros is provided for the costs (water, gas, internet, ...).

Common parts

This house has the original floors from 1920, but was lovingly renovated in 2010. The house has 4 rooms, a kitchen, veranda, bathroom living room and dining room that we share together. Furthermore, there is a garden and terrace with space for doing nothing or and around your bike (via the back entrance).
