Hello everyone! A spacious room will soon be available in our cozy house in the Tolhuislaan in Ghent. You share the house with 4 other residents: Benjamin, Joshua, myself Lore (all 28 years old) and our cat, Forel (5 years old). Info: - room under the roof with mezzanine - 40 m², not furnished - bathroom to be shared with 1 other person - price = 680 € / month excl. EWG - EWG, internet and fire insurance: 95 € / month / pp. - spacious mansion - kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher - living areas fully furnished - washing machine and dryer are provided - courtyard and terrace - domicile = mandatory We are looking for someone around the same age who works and can therefore domicile. We attach great importance to a clean and orderly living environment where respect and open communication are central. Interested in getting to know each other better?
