Something more about your co-residents
My name is Shannon, I am 26 years old and I work as a business coach in inclusion and diversity. I also have my own business in marketing and videography, so I am often busy with different projects.
In my free time I am a balanced person: I like both peace and social activities. I can often be found for a nice evening out with friends, a drink, or a party, but sometimes I just look for my own space to relax or work.
One of my passions is baking, especially desserts, so there is always something delicious in the making! I am also an animal lover and have a foster cat. I regularly take in cats that need a place temporarily, but usually it is only one cat at a time.
During the week I am busy with work, but in the weekend I combine my work with relaxation, or I am out with friends. My space is important to me, so I also appreciate moments of peace, for example in front of the TV.
If you come to live here, you can expect that I am always open for a nice chat or doing something together, but also that I have respect for everyone's need for peace and space.
These things we like to do togther
In this co-housing, everything revolves around balance and coziness! There is always room for fun, funny and social moments, whether it is cooking together, going out for dinner, or doing fun activities. I am an adventurous person and am open to many new things, so discovering something new together or making a spontaneous plan is always possible!
We can also just sit together in the living room, chat about our day, or watch a movie for a quiet evening. It is not only about coziness here, but also about respecting each other's space and privacy. Everyone needs their own moments to recharge, and I understand that very well.
We are looking for someone who
I am looking for a female co-houser between 24 and 30 years old who will come and live with me in my cozy apartment in the short term (maximum six months). I am looking for someone who likes a good balance between social moments and peace. It is important that you are aware of this balance and value it, so that we can respect each other in our private space, but also do fun things together.
Ideally, you are someone who is open to the social aspects of living together, such as cooking together, going out for dinner or spontaneous city trips. Bonus points if you can also cook well!
In addition, I am looking for someone who preferably already works and who finds it easy to combine adult life with the pleasure of living together. Whether you are an international student or an expat, if you have already stood on your own two feet and understand what it is like to take responsibility, then you are certainly welcome.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed as I regularly foster cats.
