The room is rented furnished and is 16 m² with lots of light but cool due to the orientation to the northeast. There is a sink with cold water. The temperature can be regulated separately in each room.

The co-housing is ideally located in the centre of Ghent near the Elisabethbegijnhof / park in a quiet street only accessible to residents. Public transport nearby. The room is on the second floor I am a psychologist and have an independent practice in the space on the ground floor. I do not live there. Next to the therapy room is a washing machine and dryer that can be used when I am not working. The kitchen is also the meeting room and fully equipped with a large fridge and combi oven. No dishwasher. Freezer in the basement. The bathroom is newly furnished with a shower and toilet. There is a second toilet on the ground floor. The house is well insulated and there is a high-efficiency boiler. The temperature in each room can be regulated with a separate thermostat.
