Since I am often away from home, I am looking for a person who can live in my house with me, unfortunately domicile is not possible. So you often have the house to yourself, the house is furnished. 1 room, on the 1st floor or in the attic, can serve as your bedroom.

Shared living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom The cottage is simple and energy efficient with solar panels and a battery. There is a very nice city garden with some trees, kiwi plants, elderberry tree.. On the ground floor you have the kitchen and living room, on the 1st floor bathroom (with recent walk-in shower), and an office/bedroom, in the attic you have a laundry room with washing machine and another bedroom. The kitchen is simple with oven, gas stove and recent dishwasher, the fridge is also recent and has a freezer compartment.
