Hey there,
We are searching for roommates in our shared house! In January, two of our tenants are leaving, so we are searching for two new roommates.

What we can offer you:
* a big, nice and clean kitchen with all kinds of cooking equipment, kitchen tools, a nice induction stove, a microwave, an oven, two big fridges, a lot of space to store your food and best of all: a dishwasher!
* a cozy living room area with a big TV and two comfy coaches.
* two shared toilet rooms, a washing machine and a dryer.
* a study room, you can use to work in from home or do your study work in.
* a sports room with big mirrors and two biking trainers you can stay fit with by doing your own workouts.

* Weekly cleaning of the common areas by a cleaning service. So your only household task would be to participate in throwing out the trash at your turn.
* A friendly, welcoming community of all international roommates from Italy, Spain and France. We are all friendly and easy to talk to, but all living our lives independently. So, therefore, you will always have your personal space.
* A helping and approachable housing agency, dealing fast with all kinds of janitorial services.

What we are looking for in a new roommate:
* A nice, friendly, tidy and open minded person, studying or working in Gent.
* Someone, who is willing to contribute to the household as for example cleaning up behind themselves and bringing out the trash.
* A woman or man in their 20s who is independent and chill.
