A complete annex with 2 rooms of 17m2 and 18m2 and 1 small bathroom. The bathroom is only accessible via the room on the 1st floor. The room on the ground floor has a tiled floor, the room on the 1st floor a parquet floor. For this reason, this annex is ideal for a couple. It can also be suitable for friends, if they do not mind that the bathroom is only accessible via 1 room. To clarify the costs: €900 for the complete annex, probably around €80 costs pp for EGWI & cleaning lady.

Common parts

The living room with continuous kitchen is about 30m2 in total. The living room is divided into a cozy chat corner and dining area. The kitchen is very spacious and the skylight also lets in a lot of light. On the 2nd floor of the main building there is also a common room that we see as a guest room/media room. Finally, there is also a courtyard with a small piece of land of about 20m2 in total. Since we have not lived here for very long, some furnishing is still needed. So it would be nice if you could also express your ideas! (at the moment there is already a bit more furnishing in the common areas than what can be seen in the photos, main furniture such as tables/chairs/sofas etc. are all present)

We are Tineke and Robin and as a couple we find it an ideal social situation to be able to cohouse with another couple. For this reason we went to the housing market to find a home that lends itself to this. Let us introduce ourselves: Tineke (24), just started working as a project manager, likes to make her own clothes and likes to meet up with friends. Robin (24), has been working as an engineer for a few years, is passionate about sports and likes to relax with a book or a movie and also tries to be a handyman sometimes. He likes to have deep conversations with other people and can really immerse himself in new things that come his way.

These things we like to do togther

Tineke and I regularly meal prep on Sunday evenings to be able to bridge the week smoothly. We think it would be fun to cook together or cook for each other! During the weekdays we work almost every day. The evenings of the week are usually very busy to get sports/household/chores done. But sometimes it's over and of course there is a need for rest! During the weekend we usually know what to do, but we still try to take it easy, we are aware that it is rarely necessary to rush us, especially during the weekend.

We are looking for someone who

In terms of co-residents, we are mainly looking for people with the same mindset as us. Eager to learn, adventurous, communicative, problem-solving, interesting, independent... We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about life, who understand that not everything is as obvious as you might think at first sight. Who are understanding and respectful of others, who dare to take steps back when things are not going well (and then go for it again). Who do not shy away from a challenge and who understand that communication is key to achieving a good understanding with loved ones! Finally, we all just do our own thing and assume that pleasant evenings will arise naturally!
