From mid-January 2025, 2 rooms will be available in a beautiful house in De Pintelaan, near the UZ and within walking distance of Ghent Sint-Pieters. The house has just been completely renovated with great taste and attention to quality materials. Before the renovation work, the house had an EPC B (ground floor) and C (floors), but has since been additionally insulated and fitted with solar panels. The total surface area of the house is 160m². Each resident has their own spacious room and private bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet).
