180 m2 luxury apartment on the first floor of a rustic villa: attic (2nd floor) completely private, shared: living room, kitchen, bathroom, reading corner and laundry room shared with 2 other residents: son studying in student housing and myself working from home, often out for evening and weekend activities. The lower floor is completely separate and does not belong to the cohousing. Private parking space on the yard included for free
