Only residents may use the shared facilities. An overnight stay of visitors is possible with permission and registration (with ID) + payment of additional room rent / night. Drugs and smoking are not allowed. In case of drug use or smoking, the rent will be stopped immediately. House rules to be signed for read and agreed upon check-in.
