From 1 February, the attic floor of my house in Duffel-Oost will be available for rent. The house is located in a quiet street just 15 minutes from Mechelen, 10 minutes from Lier and 25 minutes from Antwerp. I recently bought the house and plan to paint everything and purchase the necessary furniture in January. The house has two bedrooms, one of which is a large attic room that I want to rent out in the form of cohousing. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a kitchen, as well as an office in the hall. On the ground floor there is a garage, toilet and storage space. The garden has a garden shed and a back exit. On the first floor is the bathroom and the first bedroom. The attic floor is 36m² and fully available. I am 27 years old and work as an emergency nurse at the Mechelen Hospital. In my spare time I like to meet friends and I am passionate about traveling.
