Early May 25, a newly furnished large room will be available in our house on DRONGEN Luchteren 9031. 1st Floor, +- 15 m2. Bright room at the front of the house in a super quiet, green street. Large double bed with storage drawer, 2 very large storage cupboards and an extra built-in cupboard. Bathroom / toilet on the first floor shared with the other co-houser(s). Two showers provided. Shared kitchen downstairs. You can also use the front and back garden, wonderful to stay in nice weather. Bicycle shed available. Safe free parking in front of the door. Two darlings of mini Schnauzer dogs in the house, stay downstairs in my private area and the garden. Rent 480 € / month. Two months deposit. Everything included: water, heating, electricity and wifi. (Within normal and reasonable consumption) Please stable income. Preferably no night or shift workers, the dogs are watching and we are quite attached to our night's rest. We like a friendly, cozy and warm atmosphere in the house. Sometimes we cook together or go for a drink somewhere. Nothing has to be done together but that is possible. So we are looking for... a cheerful, cheerful housemate, woman or man. Age is not really important, YOUNG at heart is!! Animal lover, neat and quiet, a bit tidy anyway :-) Socially committed and a sense of (dry) humor are highly appreciated. No domicile possible.
