From September 1st, a room will be available in our house in Dilbeek. Josephine (sustainability auditor, 27 years old), Laure (diabetes educator, 23 years old) and I (teacher, 30 years old) are looking for a cool coloc. Do you know/are you someone who is looking for a room (of +- 12m2 with terrace) for at least 1 year? The house in the Kaudenaardewijk has a newly landscaped garden with grass :), storage space for bicycles in the basement and uncovered parking spaces in front of the door and is quietly located, but still close to everything: bus stop, highway, Colruyt, bakery, Westr/land, the post, shoemaker... You can reach the center of Brussels in 15 minutes by bike. We are looking for someone who likes to eat together regularly, is up for doing something fun together every now and then, such as playing a board game, going out, but who is also clean and respects the rest of the others. For the large room with balcony it is €655 all costs included (fire and theft insurance, internet, water, gas and electricity consumption). There are 2 showers, there is a rainwater tank that is connected to the washing machine and the toilets. Downstairs there is underfloor heating everywhere and the house is now fully insulated. Robins, great tits and blue tits, sparrows and occasionally green parakeets are included for free!
