One available room is 16 sqm on the second floor with a balcony. As the bathrooms are sharable with another girls, we would have a preference for a girl to rent the rooms. There is a monthly charge for all included extras : functionning television in the cinema room, high-speed Fiber internet throughout the house, gas, water, electricity, insurance, weekly cleaning, availability of washer and dryer... Upon request and as extra service, we will provide regular or electric bikes (full service included), private areas cleaning, bed linen, ironing, etc. We will also try to accommodate as many requests as possible.
