The area is extremely safe, lots of EU institutions near therefore there is a lot of security around especially at night.

The roads near the house are often empty therefore there is often parking places near the house.

THE APPARTMENT 🏠

The house is a huge apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for clothes. We have a extremely big living room, good for having dinners together with friends with a TV with nearly every European channel. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is luckily a lift if you don’t like to take the stairs.

The apartment has in total 4 rooms. One room has a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a sink, the other 2 share the other bathroom. There are 2 toilettes which are shared among the 3 rooms. 🐳

The deposit is 2 rents.

The room is not furnished. We will prioritise someone who is willing to purchase the furniture already included in the room (as you can see in the photos).

The apartment is located next to the EU Commission, Berlaymont building. 2 Minute walk from Jardin du Maelbeek and a 5-minute walk to the amazing Parc du Cinquantenaire. It’s very well connected with public transportation, both a 5-minute walk to either Brussel-Schuman and Maalbeek stations. Perfect location if you work for EU institutions.
