Just largely renovated and almost completely furnished, but there is certainly still room in the living room to add something. The building has 4 elevators, an underground bicycle shed and parking garage. (I am currently renting out a garage box with connected basement space, but if this is necessary, I can rent it out to my roomie!) The apartment is located in Berchem, a stone's throw from several parks (Middelheim, Brialmont, Brilschans, ...). The apartment is also close to the Antwerp ring road, so ideal for someone who works outside Antwerp. The city is easily accessible by bike and there is a tram stop next door that goes straight to the heart of the city. I ask €600 + half of the monthly costs (electricity, water, wifi, cleaning). This price is certainly negotiable. I am also certainly open to discuss other matters (garage box, breaking out the built-in cupboard for a double bed, ...) Everything is negotiable 😊.
