Something more about your co-residents
My name is Greet and I moved to Antwerp last year. After a few months of cohousing, I rented this beautiful apartment myself. I would like to find a roommate.
I like to go out and you can often find me in a museum or at the cinema. My apartment is a place to relax and occasionally receive family and friends.
I try to take care of the planet, myself and my fellow human beings and, under the motto that every little bit helps, I try to pollute as little as possible by limiting plastic, meat and cheese and eating organic. I am a fan of packaging-free shops and short chains and I usually move around by bike and public transport.
I work as an employee in Brussels and often work from home.
These things we like to do togther
There are no set activities. I think it would be nice to eat together occasionally, as far as that is practically feasible and to go out together if we have common interests. If you are very much on your own or already very busy so that there is no time left to do something together, then that is perfectly fine.
It is a quiet and orderly apartment and we respect each other's privacy and peace and keep the apartment tidy.
We are looking for someone who
Because we will be sharing the bathroom, I would prefer a female co-tenant. (I really have nothing against men, but that just seems more convenient to me). I am looking for one co-tenant. An occasional guest is fine, but if that happens systematically, clear agreements will be made about it. That applies to both my guests and yours.
My language skills are limited to Dutch-English-French and some German and preferably we can communicate fluently in one of these languages.
The duration of the rental is short-term (1 to 3 months) and the notice period is flexible (2 weeks).
If the co-housing suits both of us, the rental period can be extended.
Shorter periods than one month are negotiable - but at a different rate.
If you do not want to rent for entire months, that is possible. After the first month, a two-week notice period applies and the rental price of the incomplete month is calculated pro rata.
Maintenance products and garbage bags are included in the rental price. (normal use)
Linen and duvet are included in the costs, if you provide them yourself you pay 30 euros less per month.
The common areas are cleaned every two weeks, that is included in the costs.
If you want your own room cleaned, that will be an additional €20 per month.
