The 25m2 room is located on the 2nd floor of the house, it is quiet and bright with 2 large windows. There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings, as well as a desk to work quietly. You will also find a large walk-in shower and a sink, the toilets being shared with the rooms on the same landing.

The residence is a huge house located in the center of Arlon, 3 minutes walk from the train station. 12 people live there in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The whole house is super equipped with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, exteriors (garden and terrace) with BBQ, large lounges to relax and even a room with a video projector for your movie nights. The charges include wifi, water, electricity, heating, and cleaning of the common areas as well as the possibility of having your room cleaned!
