Exclusive well-located villa, a stone's throw from the E17. No noise pollution, very quiet neighborhood and in a dead-end street. Villa is equipped with all comforts (central heating, water, electricity and internet) but still needs to be furnished. The furnishing is done in consultation with housemates. It is expected that you provide some furniture yourself. A list is made of who buys what, this prevents discussions/disagreements when a housemate leaves. Fully equipped kitchen with built-in kitchen appliances. Enough storage space and storage space for bicycles (or all kinds of other things). Plenty of parking space on the driveway of the house, enough for 4 cars. Large garden with lots of greenery, is already fully maintained (no obligations here).
