The bedroom is four by three meters with a built-in wardrobe and shelves. There is an antique three-quarter bed, a folding desk with a bookcase and a chest of drawers with drawers and a large mirror. The room has access to a private balcony with enough space for a table and chairs. In the dressing room next to the bedroom there are two more closets available

Common parts

We co-house on the 1st and second floor of a spacious mansion in the Harmonie district in Antwerp. Our home is quiet and yet very central. We are a 5-minute walk from the old city center. We would prefer to rent the room for a year, but we are quite flexible. The room was previously always rented to exchange students. It is not possible to establish domicile. The first floor has 2 living areas (with piano and television), a kitchen with dishwasher, a toilet and a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen opens onto a large terrace with a view of a garden. On the second floor are the bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/shower, two sinks and a separate toilet. Every week a housekeeper comes to clean the common areas.
