On the first floor we find a first room with a queen size bed, closet and desk. Next to it we have the first master bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, queen size bed and desk. On the second floor we find the master bedroom. The price of the rooms depends on the surface and differ from 695 to 750 EUR (all inclusive)

Common parts

Living in maison boutique feels like staying in a "boutique hotel" without early check-out. It is our most “cozy” co-living home. The house has 4 bedrooms, which ensures that the residents can share even more moments with each other.
Living in Mini mansion boutique is living in a warm nest. Each space has been created to inspire the residents and bring them to rest. On the ground floor we find the entrance hall with the beautiful original tiled floor. Adjacent you will find a beautiful open space with the living room, kitchen and dining room. On the second mezzanine floor we find the bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. On the first intermediate floor is a toilet with a washing machine and dryer.
