A room + private bathroom will soon be available in our beautiful house, shared with Aurian, Valentine and the dog Bran. The house is close to Wiener, at 2 minutes away from the Fauconnerie bus stop (tram 8 and bus 95). The Hermann-debroux metro station is close by. Perfect place for who likes quiet and pleasant green open spaces.
The house was renovated 2 years ago, is very luminous, in a quiet neighbourhood near the forêt de Soignes. There are shops nearby and good transport services. The house has 70 m2 of shared space with a well furnished kitchen-dining room and living room (+- 40 m2), 1 hall and common toilet, a small basement with washing machine, a terrace and garden of about 25 m2.
There is one parking spot available as well as a place in the bike shed.
The room is about 18 m2, not furnished, luminous in the morning (north orientation), street side, with double glass. It's on the first floor, next to Valentine's room. There's a private bathroom connected to the room (shower, toilet and sink).
Regarding the administrative aspect, you would be taking over the contract of the person leaving. The contract has an undetermined duration. The owners are nice and available if needed. The rent is 622€ without charges. The rent guarantee must be replaced (2 months of rent).
