There is a separate meter that counts the electricity that is used upstairs. Regarding the heating (gas), there is no separate meter, so we split the cost 50/50.
Gemeenschappelijke delen
The garden, hallway downstairs and garage are the only shared areas. I live downstairs with my cat and dog. You would live upstairs.
The house is situated in rural Gontrode (Melle), 8 km from Technologiepark-Zwijnaarde and 10 km from Ghent.
