Shared house in the historic heart of Kortrijk The available private room is located on the 2nd floor. Room approx. 15 m2, rent 495 euros / month, incl. electricity, gas, water and Telenet. Can be furnished or unfurnished. The spacious building is located in the historic center of Kortrijk, near the Broeltorens, the O.L.Vrouwkerk and the Beguinage. There are a maximum of 3 residents / 2 students On the ground floor there is a communal sitting area, kitchen and a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances, there is a large refrigerator and separate freezer. On the first (intermediate) floor, there is a separate toilet and the bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine On the 2nd floor there is also a sun terrace. The current residents are Dutch-speaking. We are looking for someone between 20 and 30 years old. On the ground floor lives a boy, 28 years old. The first floor is used by 2 students. They are quiet and not present during the weekends and holidays. On the 2nd floor lives a girl of 23 years old. There is a friendly atmosphere, on Friday evenings we usually eat together.
